We currently accept booking requests without online payment. We confirm availability, the final quote and next steps by email. A request is not payment, a stock reservation or an issued ticket. Payment, procurement, refund and delivery terms apply only to a subsequent separately agreed transaction. We use necessary information for booking, delivery and support. Contact the support email below with data requests.
1. Booking requests
Submitted visitor names, contact email, visit date, preferred window, quantity, price and request terms are stored in Supabase for correspondence and subsequent named bookings. Resend sends acknowledgments and internal notifications, without marketing subscription. Clearing browser storage does not delete requests or follow-up records. Contact support to request access, correction or deletion.
Contact enquiries
The contact form sends your name, reply email, booking reference and message to our support inbox through our server and Resend, so we can answer your enquiry. This does not subscribe you to marketing.
2. Live order purposes
Live orders require names, email, visit details, transaction references and support records to fulfil the contract, meet accounting obligations and address security or disputes. Eligibility data is collected only when needed. Payment providers handle full card details; optional marketing is not bundled into ordering.
3. Recipients
Necessary details may be shared with participating ticketing providers, the attraction and enabled payment, email and hosting providers. We do not sell data. Contact support for information about recipients and international processing.
4. Retention and security
Browser drafts normally last for the session and can be cleared on the Cookie page. Database test orders are not deleted by clearing browser storage. Live retention follows legal requirements and stated purposes, with access control and secure transport.
5. Your rights
Depending on law, request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, withdraw optional consent or complain to a regulator. Verification may be required, and legally required records may remain. Inform other visitors when booking for them.
